The platform id derived from the Mercedes M-Class and it’ll be the first car to have Chrysler’s new Pentastar V6, which has impressive power and fuel economy gains. Or of course you could go for the Hemi.
But yeah, between those the Tahoe is best. I’d get the 2011 JGC though because it looks even better. Plus since it’s s smaller SUV it’ll be cheaper than a Tahoe, so you can get a bit more for your money as long as you don’t need more than 5 seats. The JGC is also a proper off roader, the Tahoe isn’t.

I was going to get a SUV Im either getting the Audi Q7 prestige Or tahoe hybird which one is better?
A: I would personally choose the Tahoe Hybrid 4WD because it’s $7,500 cheaper than the Q7 Prestige quattro AWD and gets significantly better fuel economy.

well i am 16 years old and i want to get the 2010 chevy tahoe do you think im doing a good choice? the money doesn’t really matter my parents are going to help me buy it.. how much is the insurance for and gas ? help
A: Insurance will be outrageous and gas mileage is about 14mpg, 16mpg if you are lucky. Not a good choice for a first vehicle. You’d be better off with something like an Impala, at least they get around 25-30mpg.

A: You will need 1700 amps to run the system , The highest output alternators I find are 300 amps you need at least 6 of those and around a dozen batteries
Q: I plan to visit San Fran, Lake Tahoe and Monterey in Aug 2010. How serious is the risk of fire?
A: Pretty low. I know you have probably seen images of fires on the news, but California is a HUGE state, with dry summers, so of course we get a few fires but the chances of you encountering one are slim.
San Francisco is nearly completely covered in buildings, and has a cool, moist climate, so there won’t be any natural fires. Structure fires, maybe, but why concern yourself with that? Monterey occasionally gets a grass fire somewhere in the area (sometimes the result of a control burn!) but it’s no big deal to you – they might close a road while they put it out.
Lake Tahoe is in the middle of a forest, so there is a small but real risk of a forest fire. Make sure that if you head out into the forest, you mind the fire danger signs, and if they say no fires allowed, don’t light one. Worst case scenario (for you, as a tourist) – big forest fire shuts down a major highway, and you have to take an alternate route to or from Lake Tahoe. Pretty unlikely though.

A: Honestly, I would go with the Tahoe for two reason, it’s got more room for one thing and they hold their value slightly more than an Exploder.
Currently driving an 04 Z71 Tahoe which replaced our 96 4×4 Tahoe.
Q: 2010 Chevy Avalanche or Chevy Tahoe LTZ?
Im the only person that’s driving it and don’t say anything about getting a smaller car or crap i made my choice. What should i get since im the only one in the car? Does the tahoe have to much room or what?
A: Go with the Avalanche. Especially if you do not need the third row seating or so much back seat. Besides you have a pick up and SUV all in one. You can use this thing on camping and other accessories like the back cover so it looks like the tahoe if you want. Also, the Avalanche is a bit more unique than the Tahoe.
I drove both vehicles, and they feel pretty close but I still prefer the Avalanche.
Also, the avalanche has two ice boxes in the back that drains itself. Thats pretty awesome. Plus you can either tell people you have a SUV, Pick Up, or a SUP. lol.
These are both choices. But Avalanche will feel more like a dream than the Tahoe.
Oh and if you can get it in Black on black leather. Get all the options. Thats pretty awesome. If you can consider the Z71 Avalanche with the LTZ options with it. Its about the same price.
And wait until August to purchase, like mid August because the price will go down a bit, since Chevy should be bringing out the 2011.

A: Sometimes… would depend on where you are at.
Q: is chevrolet discontinuing the tahoe after 2010?
A: We are not going to be discontinuing the Chevrolet Tahoe. There will be a 2011 model year Chevrolet Tahoe. I hope that answers your question.

hi me and 5 friends need a nights accomodation at the south of the lake next month – it will only be for the night – as its our first time there we woludnt mind having a drive round first before choosing accomodation – is it likely to be fully booked if we do that or is there enough accomodation to be able to turn up and find somewhere? thanks – dan
A: It is quiet busy because summer vacation is coming you better made an accommodation reservation for assurance and to avoid the rush hour.
